Your session fee deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date, if you are using a gift card you will require a $50 deposit to hold your date.  As babies are unpredictable I only take on limited bookings per week.  This allows for rescheduling, it is, therefore, a good idea to book ahead of time.  If you have already had your baby and you would like to book,
please contact me to check for availability.

There is no extra charge for moving a session if you have given at least 48 hours’ notice.  However, if it is under 48 hours, or you have to cancel at the last minute, a $100 reschedule fee will apply to secure the next booking. If your baby boy is or will be circumcised, we will need to allow 5-7 days for healing before your session.

Orders must be finalised and products must be downloaded and picked up within 14 days of completion of an order. Due to the custom nature of photography, strictly no refunds on either your session deposit or your total order will be issued.  This includes any prepayment of any funds that occur before the booked session itself.

If you need to reschedule for reasons of sickness, the price quoted at the time of booking will be honoured for 6 months only.  After this time, any pricing increase will be applicable. In the event that I or a family member is sick, I may need to reschedule your session, this ensures the safety of your baby. If you or any of your family members are unwell I reserve the right to reschedule the session
for the safety of my other clients.
